If you are a current or retired Ford employee, looking into the AXZ Plan could help you, your friends, and your family save on leasing or financing a new vehicle. The AXZ Plan provides special savings for three groups of people:
An eligible Ford employee, retired, or surviving spouse may generate up to four PINs per calendar year. These individuals can use these PINs toward the purchase or lease of a new Ford vehicle or themselves or an eligible driver.Â
The groups of people who may be eligible for A and Z plans include:
Friends and acquaintances of a Ford employee can receive a PIN and take advantage of the X Plan by logging onto an AXZ account at www.axz.ford.com. An eligible Ford employee or retiree can sponsor up to four PINs per calendar year for friends and neighbors to use towards the purchase or lease of a new vehicle.
Partners can also use an eligible PIN by logging onto www.fordpartner.com. An eligible Partner Recognition employee or retiree can generate up to two PINs per calendar year that can be used towards the purchase or lease of a new vehicle for themselves or members of their households.
Students need to meet one of the requirements below to be eligible:

Proof of Full-Time or Half-Time enrollment status based on the specifications of an accredited Four-Year College/University, Junior College, Community College, or Trade School
